DIA Innovation Office Quarterly Industry Outreach Day

INNOVATION OFFICE (INO) for DIA will hold an industry outreach day, planned quarterly, for selected companies, via submission and review of white papers through the NeedipeDIA portal under NEED 8.2 - Quarterly Industry Outreach under 8.0 - Empower Partnerships.  This mechanism will enable companies to present their unique capability within DIA's newly established Innovation Hub.  Each quarterly industry day event will provide up to 8 vendors the ability to present innovative capabilites in front of senior leadership and mission subject matter experts.

December 15th, 2016 is scheduled for the industry outreach event.  Selected vendors will demonstrate their capabilities via an unclassified webex presentation in less than 30 minutes. 

In order to participate, industry must submit white papers in accordance with NeedipeDIA submission criteria under NEED 8.2 - Quarterly Industry Outreach to be found on web portal: http://www.dia.mil/Business/Needipedia.aspx.

Vendors shall provide a white paper that addresses: NEED 8.2 QUARTERLY INDUSTRY OUTREACH - FOCUS AREA 16-578: All-Source Analysts and Operators an all inclusive interactive geospatioal display that allows analysts to easily manipulate their personal visual dispaly, leveraging multiple disparate data sources from different domains and provide the ability to make decisions on the fly.  A user must have the ability to view and manipulate the display, with multiple data sources ingested in a cloud environment.  Datat must be searchable and layered to depict user needs on demand. Users should be able to animate data to visualize trends over time geospatioally.

White Paper-Evaluation Criteria:
1......Perceived mission value of proposed solution;
2......Ability to provide unclassified data to support demonstration;
3......Visual appeal of solution (provide screenshot in White Paper);
4......Ability to conform to DIA and IC-ITE authentication, authorization and auditing services;
5......Ability to present the capability/white paper on Industry Outreach Day via unclassified webex.

SUBMISSION OF WHITE PAPERS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS DETAILED ON THE NEEDIPEDIA PORTAL.  SUBMISSIONS NOT USING NEEDIPEDIA PORTAL REFERENCED EMAIL BOX HEREIN WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

WHITE PAPERS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH A (1) COVER SHEET COMPLETED INFORMATION, (2) CONTENT OF TWO PAGE LIMIT FOR A TOTAL OF THREE PAGES AND SUBMITTED ONLY TO: ~Ideas2Action@DoDiis.mil.
