2017 Dialogue for ActionŽ On Cancer Screening & Prevention
Dialogue for Action® is a "can't-miss" annual national conference that brings a diversity of stakeholders together to discuss the best ways to reinforce cancer screening, prevention and risk reduction initiatives in their communities. The Wednesday through Friday schedule is packed with unique opportunities for participants to immerse themselves in engaging presentations, facilitated conversations, relationship building and more. Participants find the best results when they take the “Dialogue” back to their communities and workplaces and take actionable steps to make a difference.
This will be Prevent Cancer Foundation’s 19th annual Dialogue for Action®. This year’s planned topics include: social determinants of health; key legislation; prevention initiatives to reduce health disparities; research trends and advancements in cancer prevention and early detection; developments in imaging for cancer screening; the Precision Medicine Initiative; updates on screening guidelines; global prevention and early detection; and more.
Dialogue for Action® provides participants with the opportunity to discuss tools and effective strategies across disciplines for use in both clinical and public health settings.

OPENING KEYNOTE:
Garth Graham, MD, MPH, President, Aetna Foundation will kick things off with his opening keynote address Social Determinants of Health—Your Zip Code Says More About Your Health Than Your Genetic Code.
CLOSING KEYNOTE:
Philip Castle, PhD, MPH, Global Coalition against Cervical Cancer and Albert Einstein College of Medicine will provide the closing keynote address Mobilizing for Global Prevention and Early Detection of Cervical Cancer.
