Seton Hall's 2017 New Jersey Tax Controversy Update reviews recent developments in New Jersey Tax Controversy, discusses the most significant cases decided by the New Jersey Tax Court in 2016  and answers tax professionals frequently asked questions about New Jersey tax.  The panel includes tax professionals from government, private practice, and the Courts.  There is no charge to attend.  Tax Professionals that attend the seminar or the series are encouraged to accept a pro bono tax controversy case assignment from a NJ Low-Income Tax Clinic, VITA, an ABA-sponsored Tax Court Pro Bono program or Taxpayers Assistance Corporation.
