Managing and Leading Across Generations
This event qualifies for 2 CLPs
For the first time in history, four generations make up the workforce. The result is over 50 years difference in historical context, experiences and expectations often resulting in stereotype driven challenges undermining a high-performing team environment.
As a leader, you have the responsibility to constantly evolve to better understand and overcome some of the workforce challenges presented by generational differences. This event will provide pragmatic ideas and strategies for being a leader for your entire workplace.
This event will feature a 50 minute interactive panel discussion with leaders from government and industry followed by an hour of Roundtable Discussions.
