Government Analytics Breakfast (GAB) Forum



On February 22nd, ​REI Systems and Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Advanced Governmental Studies will host a Government Analytics Breakfast (GAB) Forum at the Johns Hopkins Washington D.C. Center. We are bringing together professionals from government, academia, and the corporate community to discuss how government analytics can enable real-world successes and support learning of critical lessons from actual experience.

 
At this session, you will hear from Melvin Greer, Chief Data Scientist, Intel Corporation​​. His presentation is titled, "Artificial Intelligence: Driving Innovation in Government."

Speaker and Presenter Information

At this session, you will hear from Jennifer Diamantis, Associate Director and Chief of Market Intelligence at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Austin Gerig, Assistant Director for the Office of Research and Data Services at SEC. They will present on machine learning, combining data from multiple sources, and SEC’s use of analytics to identify areas of risk and entities on which to focus enforcement purposes.
