49th Federally Employed Women National Training Program

For 48 years Federally Employed Women (FEW) has been training federal workers for personal and professional career growth. In 2018, in conjunction with the National Training Program, FEW will reflect on its history of advocating for women by celebrating a major milestone of turning 50 years old. The theme for the 49th National Training Program: “Leaving a Legacy – 50 Years and Counting”. We invite you to join us in Atlanta, Georgia, for another awesome training program and a historical celebration!

The benefits of attending our extraordinary training is that we are more than a conference. We are training in every sense of the word. FEW maps every training session to the guidelines of the Office of Personnel Management’s Senior Executive Service, Executive Core Qualifications (Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, Building Coalitions) and the underlying fundamental core competencies. Each course prepares you for the next steps in your career.

We will continue updating this page as we get closer to the opening of NTP 2018 registration so be sure to check back frequently for updates.  Remember to use our NTP Toolkit to assist you with explaining the value of attending this dynamic training program.
