2018 Critical Manufacturing Sector Road Show



 

The Critical Manufacturing (CM) Sector-Specific Agency (SSA) is pleased to announce its sixth annual CM Sector Road Show to be held September 18-19, 2018 in Seattle, WA. Attending the event is FREE, but registration is required.

 

The agenda for the 2018 Road Show is under development, but topics will tentatively include the following:

 

  • Supply chain mapping and risk management;
  • Cybersecurity resources;
  • Critical Infrastructure Partnership Advisory Council (CIPAC) meeting; and,
  • Threat brief and regional panel.

As in previous years, this event showcases the activities of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and other government entities. The CM Sector Road Show focuses on:

 

  • Private sector collaboration and information sharing;
  • Providing tools that enhance security and resilience; and
  • Building public-private partnerships.

 

The CM Sector Road Show is a two-day event. How to register for each day is listed below:

 

  • September 18th: Day 1 registration (full-day meeting at the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building in Seattle):

    • Please register using this site.

  • September 19th: Day 2 registration (half-day meeting featuring a classified brief and United States Coast Guard Operations Center Tour; location shared upon registration):  

 

RSVP deadline:  Friday, September 7th

 

Please note:

  • The event is free to attend.
  • Registration is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • You must be registered to attend this event (RSVP by September 7th).   

  • A "Secret" level security clearance is needed to attend the classified brief on the second day.
  • September is a busy time of year in Seattle; please be aware that hotel availability may be competitive.
