The PSC Federal Law Enforcement Conference brings senior executives from across industry and government together to discuss key law enforcement initiatives. Given the administration’s focus on law enforcement and security, this is an opportunity for industry to engage with key government executives on law enforcement challenges. Speakers from DHS, DOJ, and other law enforcement agencies will discuss their priorities and industry leaders will discuss where the market is headed.

  Kevin McAleenan
Commissioner, CBP

Kevin K. McAleenan became Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection March 20, 2018. As the agency’s chief executive, Mr. McAleenan oversees 60,000 employees, manages a budget of over $13 billion, and ensures the effective operations of CBP’s efforts to protect national security while promoting economic prosperity and security.

  Ronald D. Vitiello
Acting Director, ICE

Ronald D. Vitiello is the Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of Director for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). On August 6, 2018, President Donald J. Trump nominated him to serve as the next ICE Director. His nomination is currently pending in the U.S. Senate.

Deputy Executive Assistant Commissioner, Office of Field Operations, U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP)

John P. Wagner became Deputy Executive Assistant Commissioner, Office of Field Operations (OFO), on April 6, 2014. He has been assigned to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at Headquarters in Washington DC since 1999, and has worked on numerous policy and operational issues.

  Patty Cogswell
Deputy Administrator, TSA

Patricia F.S. Cogswell is the Acting Deputy Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration. In addition to guiding the implementation of the Administrator’s strategic goals, she oversees the day-to-day operations of TSA. Cogswell provides leadership, direction and guidance to further the Administrator’s goals for the agency and assists in determining TSA policies, objectives and priorities.

Sr. Business Development Executive, DOJ & U.S. Courts, Perspecta
Paulina Orlikowski has 25 years in the IT industry ranging from technical, consulting and business.  She is currently the Senior Business  Development Executive with Perspecta Inc. for the U.S. Department of  Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Courts. In this role, she is responsible for the overall business strategy to best support the DOJ and Courts and their missions.
  Peter Mitchener
Senior National Intelligence Officer for Cyber, FBI

Peter Mitchener is the FBI’s Senior National Intelligence Officer for Cyber, acting as the FBI’s lead analyst for cyber matters. As part of the FBI’s Bureau Intelligence Council, he collaborates with all FBI operational divisions to provide senior leadership with a consolidated, integrated perspective on cyber issues. He develops cross-programmatic approaches to support the FBI’s cyber mission, and facilitates a broader understanding of how cyber threats are mitigated across all operational programs.

  Russ Travers
Dep. Director, National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC)

Russell “Russ” Travers took office as the Deputy Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) on November 13, 2017. He has served in a number of leadership positions within NCTC, including Senior Counselor to the Director, Acting Director of the Office of Data Strategy and Innovation, and the Chief Data Officer for NCTC and ODNI.
