GovCon Enterprise Transformation

Many government contractors face the challenge of managing growth in a market with strict small business size standards (and rewards). How can one overcome the challenges faced by companies evolving a small business to a larger enterprise?

This vexing, yet fundamental question in corporate development requires understanding the rules of contracting, clear-eyed perspective into a firm's prospects and aspirations, and the timing to pull it all together into a successful growth strategy.

In this presentation, we will:

  1. Outline options available to business owners
  2. Share best practices and lessons from success stories of companies that have successfully made this transition
  3. Recommend how to apply these lessons to a concrete corporate growth/development plan
