FIRES Seminar



The Federal Business Council is pleased to invite you to the annual FIRES Summit, hosted by the FIRES Center of Excellence out of Fort Sill. This premier event is scheduled to take place in Lawton, Oklahoma at Cameron University with the exposition May 17-19.

This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your products and services to a knowledgeable audience of senior decision makers throughout the Army. The 2011 event will attract key players, including senior level officers, end-users, procurement officials, and everyone in-between. The exhibit hall also will attract more than 1500 personnel from Fort Sill and around the Army!

Invitees are both Active and Reserve Components from Army Field Artillery, Air Defense Artillery, and Marine Field Artillery senior leaders, brigade-level, higher commanders, and nominative command sergeants major; other Army leaders; FIRES representatives from the joint community; and allied representatives.

This event has a great history and is expected to sell out at 150 exhibit spaces with globally recognized vendors representing the spectrum of artillery and tactical technologies.

About the FIRES Center of Excellence
The FIRES Center of Excellence trains, educates and develops soldiers and leaders; creates and develops capabilities; engages, collaborates and partners with stakeholders; sustains and provides a fires force to support the joint war fighting commander across the spectrum of operations in the joint, interagency, intergovernmental and multinational environments. As the Army has grown, so has Fort Sill. Today, the field artillery is joined by the air defense artillery and electronic warfare branches to create the Fires Center of Excellence.
