5 Key Elements to Export Compliance Risk Assessments

While most U.S. companies and universities understand that they need to comply with the U.S. export controls regulations, how to do that can be challenging to figure out...

  • Brief overview of the U.S. export controls regulations (EAR, ITAR, and OFAC)
  • 5-element framework for conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of an export compliance program
  • 3 key factors behind determining the actual “level” of risk
  • Technique for prioritizing corrective actions
