U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) Vendor Day

On behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), you are cordially invited to participate in the OAR Vendor Day, Wednesday June 19, 2019.

OAR is responsible for administering the Clean Air Act, among other applicable environmental laws, to develop national programs, policies, and regulations for controlling air pollution and radiation exposure. OAR's mission areas include indoor and outdoor air quality, industrial air pollution, pollution from vehicles and engines, radon, acid rain, stratospheric ozone depletion, pollution prevention and energy efficiency, and radiation protection.

The focus of this Vendor Day event is for OAR program offices to provide an overview of program portfolios and requirements to registered vendors. In turn, OAR hopes to gain insight into the technical capabilities of participating vendors with a focus on the small business community.

Each contractor who registers for this event should have some familiarity with the Clean Air Act.

For Contractors:

The Large Business/Small Business Mixer will provide an opportunity for current and prospective OAR contractors to network and develop potential relationships that could lead to teaming, joint ventures, and subcontracting opportunities. Large and small businesses will rotate from table to table in 10-15-minute intervals to meet and network to discuss potential teaming opportunities.

Due to space limitations, registration will be limited to the first 150 registrants. All registrations must be received by Monday, June 3, 2019. Only one person from each company will be permitted to attend. Names that do not appear on the guest list will not be permitted into the event. All changes/cancellations in registration or substitutions must be requested by June 5, 2019.
