Speaker and Presenter Information

Kyle Dayson
Kyle Dayson studied finance at Sacred Heart University and brings over 10 years of sales experience to Veritone. His passions are working with people and technology, and throughout his career he has made sure to remain on this path.  He excelled as a sales executive at Axon (formerly TASER International), where he effectively positioned cloud-based evidence management software and body worn cameras to law enforcement earning president’s club honors. In March of 2019, Kyle  joined the Veritone team, because he sees the vision of how AI technology will positively affect the future of policing for generations to come.
 
Chief William Harvey 
Chief William Harvey is a native Virginian. He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps. He has a BA in criminology from St. Leo University and is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute of the University of Louisville (103rd AOC). Harvey served for over 23 years with the Savannah (GA) Police Department. He served in field operations, investigations and support services, and completed his career there as the director of training. He has published several articles in professional periodicals and has lectured nationwide. He served as the chief of police of the Lebanon City Police Dept (PA) for over seven years and now is the Chief of Police for the Ephrata Police Dept (PA). He is on the advisory board of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association and other professional associations.
 
Frank Borelli
Lt. Frank Borelli (ret) is the editorial director for the Endeavor Business Media Law Enforcement Group which encompasses Officer.com, Law Enforcement Technology magazine and Law Enforcement Product News. Frank has been producing equipment evaluations and articles for the police and military communities since 1999. Pulling on his 7 years of military service, over 30 years of police experience (so far) and over 25 years of instructor experience, he stays active in police work, training, and writing.
