Improper payments are a long-standing problem and cost tax payers nearly $150 billion dollars each year. The White House lists “Getting Payments Right” as one of a handful of Cross-Agency Priority (CAP) goals, with officials from the departments of Labor, Treasury, Health and Human Services, and the Office of Management and Budget leading the effort. Agencies like the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services are exploring the use of artificial intelligence to combat fraud and improper payments.

This webinar will take an in-depth look at ways that government agencies can curtail improper payments using innovative technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, and robotics process automation.
