Advanced Threats Require Advanced WAF

Join F5 Networks and Netsync for a hands-on lab to hear about F5's Advanced Web Application Firewall (WAF), a new category of app protection that introduces unique capabilities to the WAF market. Web application attacks are the #1 source of data breaches. A WAF provides critical security controls to protect web apps. However, not all WAF solutions are made equally. While many can help an organization protect their apps from common and known threats, most are inadequate against the myriad of attacks across the evolving risk landscape.

In this lab, you will learn how F5's Advanced WAF can:

  • Provide strong, adaptable security for every app, whether on-premises or in the cloud
  • Defend web and mobile apps against malicious bots and exploits
  • Prevent account takeover and stop large scale credential theft and abuse
  • Protect apps from layer 7 denial of service attacks

*Please note: In order to register for this event, you must log in to your Region One ESC account. If you do not have a Region One ESC account already set up, you will be required to create a New User account.

*In order to participate in the hands-on lab, you must bring a laptop with unrestricted Internet access.
