The National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED

To protect the health and safety of attendees, this event has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) announced today that the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic, which had been scheduled to occur from March 29 to April 3, in Snowmass, Colo., has been canceled.

While the Centers for Disease Control still considers COVID-19 to be a low threat to the general American public, VA made this decision out of an abundance of caution.

The National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic is an adaptive skiing program open to male and female military service Veterans who meet the qualifying disability requirements.

All accepted veterans are required to ski.

All disabilities are subject to review by the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic medical director and program director.

If you have any questions about qualifying disabilities please contact VA Event Director Teresa Parks, (970) 263-5040.
