The Nash & Cibinic Center for Excellence in Government Contracting The Public Contracting Institute, LLC (“PCI”), a leading seminar company in the public procurement arena, announces its move to 1725 I Street, NW, in the heart of downtown Washington, DC. PCI takes great pride in announcing that its new home, which features a state-of-the-art conference facility, will be named The Nash & Cibinic Center for Excellence in Government Contracting. PCI established The Nash & Cibinic Center to honor its most prominent instructor and Board member, Prof. Ralph Nash, and the late John Cibinic, the founders of the discipline of Government Contacts Law at The George Washington University.
