Vulnerability Assessment and Risk Analysis Methodologies

This event qualifies for 24 CLPs

A variety of five qualitative and quantitative methodologies are discussed in detail. Students will learn the differences between qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.  They will use a variety of methodologies by evaluating single or multiple buildings and critical infrastructure nodes.  Three full days of field evaluations assessing lighting, electric systems, drinking water, infrastructure and perimeters are an integral part of this “hand-on” training class.  The “do’s & don’t” of report writing are covered. Upon completion attendees will be able to write a comprehensive report detailing their findings in a clear and concise manner, so that decision makers can allocate funding and resources based on risk reduction and not costs.
