The Cyber Smoke Salons will feature leaders from each of the four CDM DEFEND systems integrators – the CDM Primes. Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, CGI, and ManTech are the gatekeepers of this massive civilian cybersecurity effort, tasked with integrating the various tools and solutions that comprise agency network defenses.
