AWS Dev Day: Hands on Workshop | Modernizing Your Data Warehouse Using Apache Kafka and Amazon Web Services

Join this hands-on workshop led by Confluent and AWS subject matter experts. In this interactive session, you’ll leverage your laptop and the lab environment designed for experiencing first-hand how to modernize your legacy application and data systems to AWS without a complex lift-and-shift, while taking advantage of modern event-driven microservices architectures on AWS. Build streaming Applications on top of Kafka leveraging modern tooling contained in the Confluent Platform and Confluent Cloud, such as KSQL. You’ll also see a demo of Amazon Redshift where you will learn how easy it is to ingest data into Amazon Redshift using Confluent Cloud Redshift Connector and gain insights from data in your cloud data warehouse.

Our instructors will help you follow along using our lab environment and answer your questions along the way.
