Lessons Learned: Combating the Cybersecurity Risks of Telework

Six months after the impact of the pandemic spurred virtually universal work from home, agencies are reviewing state-by-state plans for maintaining the productivity gains and cost savings accrued from having a fully remote workforce. Technology was brought into play to adopt new ways to collaborate and deliver services to citizens, and cybersecurity was a consideration in agencies’ plans as these new ways of working were implemented.

This webinar will discuss how state and local governments have effectively reduced the cyber threats of remote workforce. We’ll also explore how this new normal has positively affected agency productivity and forwarded digital services for citizens.
