The recompete of one of the most important small business IT services, GWACs, is right in front of us. Polaris will host billions of dollars in federal technology services work throughout the 2020s and into the 2030s. GSA has indicated that they will use a scorecard methodology to decide which companies will be prime contractors on these vehicles for the next decade.

BD Squared’s Stephanie Mitchell and Brian Friel, who have supported winning scorecard bids that have led to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue growth for their small business clients, will provide an overview on how to prepare for these large scorecard procurements.
