Tommy Benton is a retired Federal Government employee with the predominance of his service spent working in contracting and acquisition. He was a Senior Procurement Analyst for the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service in the Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Policy Division. He served as the Chief of MAS Policy where he developed and presented multiple training courses on the proper use of the MAS Program through online and classroom presentations and held Level III certifications as FAC-C, FAC-COR, and FAC-PPM
