She brings in-depth knowledge of corporate operations, insurance, risk analysis and mitigation, facility security, technical writing, proposal support, with an emphasis on strategic activities, contract negotiation, price analysis, and compliance.

Tommy Benton is a retired Federal Government employee with the predominance of his service spent working in contracting and acquisition. He was   a Senior Procurement Analyst for the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service in the Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Policy Division.

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

 

 Tyler primarily focuses on employment law, litigation, and compliance with regulations on federal contractors. He has successfully litigated employment issues before the EEOC, MSPB, local counties human rights commissions, the United States D.C. District Court, Maryland District Court, and the Eastern District of Virginia.
