Ryan Gatti is the Director of Tech Scouting at Dcode, where he works to identify emerging technology to solve key capability gaps and advance government missions. Prior to Dcode, Ryan led teams at Deloitte Consulting delivering Tech Scouting and Horizon Scanning services to Fortune 500 companies and U.S. Government Agencies. He was a fellow at the Center for the Edge, and began his career at Visa focused on advancing payment innovation. Ryan graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University and is an avid Villanova Wildcats fan.

Riya Patel is a Senior Manager on Dcode's government team, the GovHub, where she supports community engagement, business development, and product innovation. Riya is dedicated to improving the jobs of service members and civilians through the implementation of emerging technology solutions and innovative culture. Previously, Riya worked at the Defense Innovation Board, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, and within the Intelligence Community, and she earned her degree from Tufts University in international security and Russian language.
