In order to realize the benefits of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (AIDA) are to be achieved by the United States, the U.S. federal government will need to establish and enforce policies to ensure the technology is ethically, effectively, and efficiently created and implemented. There are currently more than 20 separate AI policy, ethics, and technical working groups scattered among various federal government agencies. Is it possible to ensure that all areas of AI policy are effectively addressed, with the accountability and transparency that U.S. citizens are due?
