Movement of Goods Training Series

 Movement of Goods

There are many intersecting challenges involved in the physical movement of goods across borders.  If you (or one of your employees) are responsible for negotiating Incoterms for contracts — or executing a shipment using a particular Incoterm — you may also need to know about  shipping documentation, export filing requirements, customs clearance protocols, or cargo security requirements — or maybe all of these!

The Content Enablers MOVEMENT OF GOODS SERIES is designed to meet this challenge through practical online training and certification to help you comply with regulations -- AND facilitate your trade.

In addition to our Incoterms 2020 course, the Movement of Goods Series includes:

  • U.S. Export Documents
  • U.S. Foreign Trade Regulations
  • U.S. Customs Clearance
  • U.S. Customs Compliance
  • CTPAT

You can select any or all of these individual courses – or you can select pre-configured course bundles to meet your specific learning objective.

The U.S. Export Documents Bundle is designed for professionals involved in negotiating or quoting commercial terms and conditions or preparing export documentation.

For individuals involved in export clearance activities, the Exporting & Filing Bundle offers a deeper understanding of the process, scope, and timing for filing EEI in the AES; common filing exemptions; and additional CBP requirements.

The U.S. Clearance Bundle overviews the preparation of U.S. customs clearance documentation, decrementation, and recordkeeping under the EAR, ITAR, and FTR, as well as CBP regulations.

For professionals involved in the physical movement of goods into the U.S., the U.S. Import Bundle explains key topics such as classification, valuation, country of origin and marking, free trade agreements, recordkeeping, and more.

And finally, the Import & CTPAT Bundle adds an overview of the U.S. Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program to the Incoterms overview.
