A Tutorial For GovCon Compliance With U.S. Export Controls Laws

This event qualifies for 1 CPEs

One of the most complex and confusing elements associated with selling goods and services internationally is ensuring compliance with export control laws. In this webinar, our panelists will discuss the export controls laws that could apply to government contractors – even those who do not physically export their products overseas.

Please join our host, DHG’s Bill Walter and his guests Timothy O’Toole, Brian Fleming and Alex Sarria of Miller & Chevalier as they focus on export controls laws, such as the International Trafficking In Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), that generally govern exports of defense articles, defense services, technical data, and other U.S. origin goods and services.  Our panelists will review relevant case studies, based on actual events, that highlight common mistakes in this area and how to avoid them.
