Zac Bookman is the co-founder and CEO of OpenGov, the leader in modern cloud ERP technology for government. Prior to OpenGov, Zac served as Anti-Corruption Advisor to the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. He also practiced law and served as a clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals.

Chuck Grindle

Chuck Grindle, Ph.D., is a retired Colonel with the U.S. Army. He is an information scientist who joined Amazon Web Services in March of 2020 as an Executive Government Advisor. Chuck specializes in information security, policy, and strategy, and previously served as Kentucky’s Chief Information Officer.
