Air Missile Defence Technology

With militaries constantly facing varied threats, nations are realising critical requirements for systems that can identify and track a wide range of modern threats; from small UAV’s and basic air defence to advanced state-based missile threats. In conjunction with this, increased national and NATO policy towards interoperability and integrated systems mean the importance of allied cooperation is greater than ever, interoperability between systems and national partners being crucial for any future planning and developments.

The need for cooperation among Air Defence programmes has therefore become a common goal for allied forces around the world. With this in mind, and bringing together senior representatives from military, industry and academia, Air Missile Defence Technology 2021 will focus on developing and improving the technology behind AMD programmes to ensure they are well prepared for future mission requirements.

The 2021 conference will provide a unique insight into:

  • GBAD
  • Countering Medium and Long-range Ballistic Missile Technologies
  • C-RAM
  • Integrated and Networked Radar Systems
  • Confronting ICBM threats
  • Developing coherent international strategies
  • Advent of Hypersonic Missile Technology
  • Cross-forces interoperability across NATO
  • SHORAD
  • C-UAS and many more
