In this webinar, we will look at U.S. export restrictions for particular end uses and end users, with a focus on recent developments. We will include a discussion of the Entity List, recent expansions and complexities, and the Military End Users list as well. The speaker will review the policy bases for these lists, the need for due diligence to extend beyond these lists, the restrictions they impose on the listed parties, and the compliance obligations they create.
