Anita Antenucci
Senior Managing Director, Houlihan Lokey
Ms. Antenucci a Senior Managing Director and leads Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace•Defense•Government practice. She was a member of the firm’s board of directors prior to its IPO in August 2015. Ms. Antenucci is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Antenucci has two decades of investment banking experience, including M&A, financing, and valuation. She has worked on the buyside and sellside for a wide array of Fortune 500 and international companies, small-caps, entrepreneurs, and private equity owners. Her clients have included most of the world’s leading aerospace and defense contractors. Recent notable transactions include divestitures for General Dynamics, Harris, Lockheed Martin, and TransDigm and engagements for Veritas Capital, J.F. Lehman, Greenbriar Equity Group, and The Carlyle Group, as well as many founder-owned companies across the aerospace and defense sectors.

Frank Finelli
Managing Director, The Carlyle Group
Francis A. Finelli is a Managing Director focused on U.S. investment opportunities in the aerospace, defense, services, and security technology sectors. He has led teams on several acquisitions and financial restructurings, including one of the first U.S. purchases of a continental European defense company. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Finelli served as the legislative assistant responsible for defense, intelligence, and foreign affairs for Senator Dan Coats (R-IN), Chairman of the Airland Subcommittee and Senate Armed Services Committee, and a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Mr. Finelli reviewed defense procurement and research and development programs. He also developed legislation, presented speeches and published articles associated with defense transformation and joint experimentation.
