FAA System of Airports Reporting (SOAR) Industry Day

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Airports (ARP) intends to host an industry day to disseminate information about and answer industry questions regarding an upcoming procurement for System of Airports Reporting (SOAR) life cycle maintenance, enhancements, and other related program and information technology services.

SOAR is a custom developed, government owned/contractor operated, application covering the mission needs for the FAA Office of Airports, including national plan of integrated airport systems (NPIAS), airports improvement program (AIP), COVID-related airports grants, supplement grants, Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) program, and more.

This Industry Day will consist of background and requirements overview, system demonstration, and planned procurement highlights.

SOAR Industry Day will be held virtually, via Zoom.gov, on or about January 31, 2022.

We anticipate the meeting lasting approximately two and one-half hours and we are targeting a start time for the middle of the day EST.

All participants must register no later than January 26, 2022 and each participant organization is limited to three email recipients per company. Please register by submitting your organizational name and the full names, email addresses and phone numbers for up to three individuals to 9-AWA-ARP-Procurement-Input@faa.gov.

In addition to registration, participants are strongly encouraged to submit your preliminary questions to the same email account to facilitate coverage during Industry Day.
