govDelivery Advanced Package Training

Note: Advanced Package for govDelivery is an optional feature. If your organization is interested in accessing this advanced feature, contact support or your Client Success Consultant.

We offer monthly live training sessions on the Advanced Package features of govDelivery. These training sessions last roughly one hour and are conducted by a member of our Training Team. During the session your trainer will review the Campaigns functionality, including A/B Testing, Welcome Campaigns, Drip Campaigns, and Re-Engagement Campaigns. We will also review the Segmentation feature.

Using Zoom, you'll be able to view the computer screen of our training leader as they walk you through important tasks and functions within govDelivery.
