Improving the Speed of Detection and Response Through Threat Intelligence, Enhanced Network Visibility and Automation

Recent research suggests that up to a third of businesses have had at least one cyber security breach in the last year. This points to the fact that the constantly evolving threat landscape means that no defense is likely to be 100% secure.

Instead, the key to effectively mitigating and minimizing the impact of cyber-attacks is to identify and respond to them as quickly as possible.
However, the ever-expanding threat surface, the evolving threat landscape, the presence of network blind spots and stretched cyber security teams quickly identifying and responding to attacks remains a key challenge.

With that in mind, CS Summit: Detection and Response 2022 will be focused on:

  • Threat correlation and prioritization: cutting through the noise of threat alerts to focus on the most important
  • Enhanced network visibility: monitoring threats from both external and internal traffic
  • Leveraging automation and artificial intelligence: enhancing the capabilities of cyber security teams
  • Host containment and automated response: limiting the impact of a breach by isolating it
  • Up to date threat intelligence: stay on top of the ever evolving threat landscape
