Being a great leader doesn’t depend on a title or status, but on one’s ability to support and guide those around them. Halcyon Frank is a founder of The Dispatch Lab– a dispatch training and support organization. She is a full-time dispatcher for a county agency dispatching law, fire, and EMS. She has previously dispatched for a large law enforcement agency. Halcyon’s experience with training and the development of training curricula at both her agencies and in the private sector-led her to open and manage The Dispatch Lab training program.
Halcyon presents at dispatch conferences across the country and is an active member of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA). She also presents online training programs.
