DISA Global Telecommunications Seminar

The Defense Information Systems Agency presents a special event to facilitate expanded engagement with industry.

Members of industry are invited to join Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert J. Skinner, DISA director and JFHQ-DODIN commander, for a focused discussion on the agency's Strategic Plan Lines of Effort, and the agency defined challenges in meeting strategic objectives in support of the warfighter.

This session’s topic is Line of Effort #3: Leverage Data as a Center of Gravity.

Much of the agency’s success in these areas will come through partnerships with industry, academia, and innovative acquisition strategies. With this engagement the DISA Director seeks to know from industry:

• How can your company or organization help DISA to accomplish our Line of Effort?

• How can we, as an agency, leverage the capabilities we have to become more optimized?

• How can we have our current software and hardware work together more efficiently and effectively, while remaining informed of new technologies, to prepare for the future?

The event is free and open to members of industry.

Event registration will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Twenty registrants will have the opportunity to participate in person, featuring a question-and-answer session with Lt. Gen. Skinner. All other registrants will be provided a link to view the event via a livestream.

Only questions submitted by the twenty in-person participants will be addressed by the agency.
