Climate change has recently been listed as a major challenge among government leaders, showing what a significant threat it poses to our country. But how are leaders preparing to fight an invisible enemy? And what can happen in this administration and beyond to ensure it’s both prepared for the inevitable consequences of climate change, and ensure it does its part to mitigate the future impacts as much as possible? During our forum, Nextgov, Defense One, Route Fifty and GovExec will explore the most important topics relating to climate change. We’ll examine the current and future impacts of climate change, how organizations monitor and mitigate the threats posed by climate change, as well as new ways of thinking about international cooperation.
