How the FAA is Automating Analytics to Meet the Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) like all Federal agencies was mandated in 2021 the Executive Order to convert all of its 4500+ fleet of vehicles to Zero Emission Vehicles by 2035. Maintaining an accurate, detailed overview of fleet including, milage, cost, age, and several other data elements. That meant processing and reporting on hundreds of thousands of data points, often via email and spreadsheets.
Attendees joined this On-Demand webinar to see how the FAA worked with eSolytics and Alteryx to build an automated process that pulls data from its GSA Fleet, Property data and DELPHI feeding into a centralized database. Users across the agency can now quickly generate both standardized reports, custom reports, geospatial analysis, and dashboards that give an up-to-date view of the fleet status at individual, regional, and national levels and position the agency to meet the guidelines of the ZEV mandate.
During this webinar, attendees learned how:
- Organizations can leverage Alteryx to combine data and build insights across dispersed and different ERP systems
- Agencies can deploy a self-service geospatial analytics capability directly in Alteryx
- The ability to seamlessly add different layers of data increases situational awareness
