Shared Services Summit 2023

The Summit is the most important event of the year for our community of government and industry leaders who share a passion for government modernization through shared services. The theme of this year’s Summit is “Breaking out of the Box to Achieve Performance Breakthroughs.” We’ll be hearing from big thinkers in our community and around the country about bold and innovative ideas to overcome barriers and speed up the pace of modernization and benefits realization, including results of a series of eight government-industry “roundtables” conducted in the months leading up to the Summit.

The Shared Services Summit is a very important event of the year for our community of government and industry leaders who share a passion for government modernization through shared services. The Summit is now in its seventh year and is produced in partnership between ACT-IAC and the Shared Services Leadership Coalition (SSLC). Participants will be hearing from big thinkers in our community and around the country about bold and innovative ideas to overcome barriers and speed up the pace of modernization and benefits realization, including results of a series of eight government-industry “roundtables” conducted in the months leading up to the Summit. In addition, several sessions will discuss several innovative concepts for shared services that collectively can be shared intra or inter agency.

OBJECTIVES:

• Understand the value and benefit of public/private partnerships
• Learn about creative concepts being derived for shared services that are new and unique
• Learn what government and industry are doing with shared services in 2023
• Learn how industry can support this initiative
