The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 25 Point Plan for IT Management Reform requires the use of a Modular Development Methodology and many Agencies are deploying an Agile Project Management methodology. This workshop is designed to help you organization answer these questions:
- How do I ensure I don’t burden my Agile development team with unnecessary project scheduling, schedule statuses, change management, and reporting?
- How do I realize the significant benefits of a Modular Development (Agile Project Management) process while still complying with OMB, Agency, or Program reporting requirements?
- How do I manage the total project and not just the work managed using an Agile development methodology?
- How do I track costs and forecast my cost at completion?
