DoD's Small Business Training Week 2023

This event qualifies for 18.5 CLPs

The Department of Defense (DoD) is excited to announce that Small Business Training Week 2023 (SBTW23) reconvenes in-person on June 20-23, 2023, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Small businesses experienced numerous, devastating setbacks in the last few years. During these years, we focused on rebuilding, expanding, and diversifying the Defense Industrial Base. The federal acquisition workforce will engage in a week of training sponsored by the DoD Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) in collaboration with the Small Business Administration (SBA). SBTW23 will feature sessions about enhanced acquisition strategies, legislative and regulatory updates, and how to rebuild the defense industrial base utilizing critical HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, and more. Join us to cultivate and strengthen relationships with other professionals that can be leveraged long after the event ends.

The four-day training culminates in the Vanguard Awards ceremony, a celebration recognizing outstanding achievements by Small Business Professionals.
