We are pleased to announce the NSA Acquisition/Industry Partnership Exchange (NAIPE) on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the Conference Center at the Maritime Institute.

 

NAIPE is not a "How to do Business with NSA" event. This event is formulated to benefit contractors currently working with our Agency and already possessing a deep understanding of our business practices. COMPANIES REPRESENTED MUST BE CURRENTLY ACTIVE ON AN NSA CONTRACT TO REGISTER AND ATTEND. 

 

The conference is unclassified. We encourage attendees to come prepared with questions to ensure the exchange is enlightening and beneficial for both NSA and Industry.

 

Registration: You must register online for this event. Registration is first-come, first-served, with a firm closing date of April 8, 2024. The $199 registration fee covers the cost of attending the event and conference materials, as well as: parking, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and a networking social. All registrations are considered final. No refunds or substitutions are permitted.

 

Limitations: NAIPE will allow up to two attendees per company.* Each person is required to register separately. Company is defined as distinct legal entity currently operating with its own employees and/or populated joint venture. Non-populated joint ventures, shell companies, wholly owned subsidiaries, etc. do not count as a company.

*If there is still space available, we will open registration to over 2 people per company on March 25, 2024.

 

General Session/Keynote: We will accommodate as many people as possible in the auditorium, but we do anticipate some overflow. We will stream the session to a separate room for overflow. Please indicate on the registration form if you are the designated person to attend the live session. If no attendee is named or if more than one is named, the first attendee of the company to register per system time stamp will be permitted entry into the general session.

08:30-09:30  - Breakout Session 1
09:35-10:40  - Breakout Session 2
10:45-11:50  - Breakout Session 3
11:55-13:00  - Breakout Session 4 or Lunch 1
13:05-14:10  - Breakout Session 5 or Lunch 2
14:15-15:20  - Breakout Session 6
15:25-16:30  - Keynote (dependent on arrival time)
16:30-18:00  - Networking Reception
 

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend 5 breakout sessions. Each session will consist of a presentation and question and answer period. Attendees from the same company do not have to attend the same breakout sessions. Attendees will be able to choose their own sessions, assuming availability still exists. All selections are made at registration.
