Making the Switch to Azure Monitor Agent - Aviata Cloud Solo Flight Challenge Chapter 6

This workshop supports content from SEC488: Cloud Security Essentials.

Starting August 1st, traditional log agents for Azure became deprecated, requiring engineers to switch to the AMA agent for log collections. This new agent requires OpenSSH v2.x - making Ubuntu 20.04 and Windows 10 obsolete.

Join our workshop to learn how to configure, scale, and secure your logging setup for processing data either in the cloud or On-Premises utilizing new features supported in Azure for event hubs and Azure storage.

Each monthly workshop in the series is independent of the others. There are no technical or educational dependencies from one to the others.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is ideal for cloud engineers, security professionals, IT administrators, and anyone else responsible for log management and security in Azure environments.
