2010 Energy Conference: Short Term Stresses, Long Term Change

For the first time, the U.S. Energy Information Administration is hosting a major energy conference in partnership with the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University. The theme this year (Short-Term Stresses, Long-Term Change) addresses the economic recovery and its impact on energy, climate change policy, drivers of short-term energy prices, regulating energy commodities, the changing outlooks for natural gas and biofuels, tracking gains in energy efficiency, Smart Grid investment and impacts, and the dynamics between energy and water.
