Caroline Corner PhD
Partner, ICR Westwicke
Caroline Corner will relay the story of her son, Callum Miller’s, battle with primary CNS lymphoma – a rare brain cancer – how his team found clinical trials, and the family’s experience going through treatment.
A trusted adviser to many top-calibre medical technology companies, Caroline Corner, PhD, has worked with medical device, diagnostics and life science tool company management teams for over 20 years. Before joining ICR to lead the West Coast medical technology group, she spent 10 years in investment banking as a senior equity analyst covering the medical technology sector. She has participated in multiple IPOs and many capital raises for healthcare companies across all stages of capitalisation. Prior to entering Wall Street, she held engineering and product development positions at Baxter Transfusion Therapies and Eli Lilly and Company. Caroline received her PhD in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
Caroline lives in San Francisco, California with her husband, two sons, one labrador, and three chickens. She enjoys reading and travel, and is a passionate paediatric cancer advocate.
