Lt. Colonel Ann K. Lee (USAF, Retired), CMBA, MA - Principal & Chief Operating Officer Ann K. Lee, a Principal within CGI, is a proven management professional providing strategic and creative leadership in the areas of program, project, operations, training and production management. She brings over 21 years of dynamic leadership, with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and build cohesive teams which produce immediate contributions in systems, analysis and business operations. Ann has conducted leadership development events for over 1000 individuals within the public and private sector. Ann’s background includes roles in organizational leadership, operations and strategic planning. Prior to joining Crowned Grace, she served in multiple leadership roles as an officer in the United States Air Force. As a squadron commander, Ann led 168 personnel from 14 varied Air Force career specialties, supporting operations in 50+ countries worldwide and provided direction for the engineering, implementation, and renovation of projects valued at over $11M on information systems infrastructure and secure facilities in support of government intelligence agencies worldwide. Under her leadership, the squadron excelled during its unit compliance inspection—amazing results, 97% compliance, no squadron findings, as well as garnering 13 of the parent group’s “Superior Performers” recognition and one of the Team Awards during the 2004 inspection. Additionally, the squadron earned a wing nomination for an Air Force-wide award for best small communications unit and won the Facility Management award, small unit category for the Headquarter Air Intelligence Agency. In addition to this, Ann’s leadership experience at various executive levels includes serving as Deputy Chief, Information Operations and Analysis Division, Air Force Information Warfare Center, the largest intelligence Information Operations analysis organization in the Air Force. As the senior military officer in the division she guided and mentored 145 officer, enlisted and civilian professionals in the development and execution of an annual division budget of over $5 million. She also served as the Deputy Chief, Information Assurance Division, where she directed a team of military and contractor personnel in the US Southern Command information assurance program, providing policy and guidance throughout the area of responsibility, which includes Mexico, Central American and the Caribbean and South America. During that time, the division was recognized as a finalist (1 of 3) for the Frank B. Rowlett Award for Information Assurance for 2001. This prestigious organizational award recognizes the top network security shops within the federal government.Relevant Government Agencies
