The Quest for Excellence XXII - The Official Conference of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award

The Quest for Excellence XXII is the Official Conference of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The Baldrige Award is given by the President of the United States to businesses—manufacturing and service, small and large—and to education, health care and nonprofit organizations that apply and are judged to be outstanding in seven areas: leadership; strategic planning; customer focus; measurement, analysis, and knowledge management; workforce focus; process management; and results.

Each year between 600 and 1000 participants gather to learn from recipients and leaders from these areas about best performance management practices, their journeys to performance excellence, and lessons learned. Attendees Include: CEOs, senior managers, executives, directors, heads of operating units, or quality/performance improvement leaders/practitioners, from business, education, government, health care, and nonprofit sectors with an interest in personal learning and organizational improvement.

This is the first year that Quest is open to industry exhibitors. This is an excellent way to engage in networking opportunities and learn about best performance management practices. Appropriate exhibitors include: former Award recipients, companies associated with the American Society for Quality and the American Society for Training and Development, companies/organizations whose main focus is Education or Healthcare assessment and improvement, Quality Management, Quality/performance improvement solutions and tools, Organizational Learning and Development, Leadership, and Teamwork.
