Section 6409(a)/47 U.S.C. § 1455(a): New Federal Law Aiding Zoning Approval for Cell Tower Modifications

This live audio conference will describe Section 6409(a) of the 2012 Middle Class Tax Relief Act, 47 U.S.C. § 1455(a), which relaxes state and local approvals for cell tower collocations and other wireless tower modifications.
