This FREE webinar will offer attendees an overview of the recurring compliance requirements government contractors must address each year to maintain audit readiness, protect cost recovery, and support operational alignment. The session will cover key areas such as FAR 52.216-7 billing and rate requirements, policy and procedure updates, internal reviews, annual training obligations, SAM registration, cybersecurity compliance, Independent Research and Development cost allowability, Cost Accounting Standards considerations, and contractual requirements. Participants will gain insight into how these obligations intersect across accounting, contracts, HR, and IT functions, and how repeatable processes support regulatory expectations and audit readiness. Learning Objectives

• Assess the impact of planned accounting changes on Cost Accounting Standards compliance, including disclosure statement requirements and limitations on government cost recovery.
• Strengthen contract management practices by identifying clauses that affect billing, funding limitations, fee structures, and reporting responsibilities.
